Gift Card Terms and Conditions
- An Adventure Travel gift card is non-refundable.
- An Adventure Travel gift card is not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
- An Adventure Travel gift card is VOID if altered or obtained fraudulently.
- An Adventure Travel gift card is not a credit or debit card and has no implied warranties.
- An Adventure Travel gift card may not be resold by any unlicensed vendor under penalty of law; unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.
- An Adventure Travel gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.
- An Adventure Travel gift card cannot be used on the purchase of airfare only.
- An Adventure Travel gift card must be used toward the purchase of an Adventure Travel or ADTRAV Travel vacation, including, but not limited to, cruises, land packages, all-inclusive resorts, and more.
- An Adventure Travel gift card cannot be used toward the purchase of airline tickets or hotel only purchases.
- An Adventure Travel gift card is only valid for two year (24 months) from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.
- Adventure Travel is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
- Adventure Travel gift cards are governed by the regular payment and cancellation terms and conditions applicable to the vacation.
- If the balance of the gift cards is less than the value of the vacation package, the difference may be paid by check, money order or acceptable credit card. If the gift card value is greater than the remaining balance of the vacation price, a new gift card for the remaining balance will be issued with the same expiration date as the original certificate.
- The value of the Adventure Travel brands of gift cards is in U.S. dollars.
- Adventure Travel reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions at its discretion.
